The 45th Decorator Showcase will be open to the public from April 27 through May 27, 2024. We are thrilled to be opening our 45th season and look forward to seeing you there!
This year, we are delighted to announce the selection of the 2024 Showcase house at 2898 Broadway, located at the top of Pacific Heights. Commissioned in 1899 by his father Duane Bliss, architect Walter D. Bliss designed this magnificent home in Dutch Colonial Revival style which has panoramic views of the San Francisco Bay from the Golden Gate Bridge to Alcatraz Island and has been transformed by our designers’ splendid visions.

The 45th Annual San Francisco Decorator Showcase is delighted to announce the final selection of the 2024 designers who have transformed the mansion at 2898 Broadway on “Billionaire’s Row“ in Pacific Heights. The History of the San Francisco Decorator Showcase
The story of the San Francisco Decorator Showcase began in 1977, when Nan Rosenblatt, a former San Francisco University High School parent and an accomplished interior designer, and Philip Fernandez, the first president of the school’s Parents Association, conceived the first Showcase to raise funds for University’s financial aid program. In its first year, the Showcase netted $26,000, and today this prestigious event raises over $600,000 annually.

HOURS:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (last entry);
Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (last entry);
Sunday and Memorial Day: 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (last entry);
CLOSED MONDAYS (except Memorial Day)
- You should allow yourself 60-90 minutes to complete the entire tour.
- There are four levels to the house and no elevator.
- Large bags are not allowed in the house and will be checked at the door.
- No outside food or beverage is allowed in the house.
- No hand-held cameras or tri-pods are allowed in the house. Cell phone photos are fine with designer permission.
- Parking is limited within three-four blocks of the house. Public transportation, Uber or Lyft is strongly encouraged.

Group Tickets $35 – purchase of 10 tickets required
All ticket sales are final – NO REFUNDS.
Your purchase will show as “San Francisco University High School” on your credit card statement. Please note that some statements only print “San Francisco University”.
Tickets are not date specific and can be used from April 27 – May 27, 2024 for 1 time admittance to Showcase during public hours (see HOURS above).
For Student and Senior tickets please bring ID.
