Join us at Stanford d.school’s very first Design Literary Festival! We’ll meet at the Stanford Bookstore outdoor pavilion (in front of the bookstore).
What we have in store for you:
– Immersive showcase of recent publications and design products from around the world
– Interactive activities inspired by book content with authors and design experts from the Stanford d.school, where you can get your hands dirty and make things
– A chance to explore cool prints, games, and all things design
Held during the university’s annual alumni homecoming (and open to all!), this event marks an exciting new initiative by the world renowned Stanford d.school. As the field of design literature is growing and evolving, the d.school has begun to play a deliberate role as mindful stewards and purveyors of printed matter related to design. While authors and titles from the recent d.school design guide book series will be featured, the festival will include design materials from far beyond the institution as well.
