If you’ve already become a member (thank you!) you can just sign in to manage your account!
- Logging in to your account: Make sure to use the same email address you used to become a member. Login now!
- Click on the “Already a member?” button in the upper right corner of the membership platform.
- Keep your mailing and email address updated: You can log into our membership platform at any time to update your contact information. We send early “members only” registration codes for events via email, and goodies via snail mail! If a package gets returned to us, we’ll reach out via email!

Need to update your Member/Donor Account, change donor tier or profile information?
Select the following location where your original donation was submitted:
Website Users: Visit our Online Member Portal! Login using the credentials you used to make a donation.
Mobile App Users: Open the DesignBayArea Mobile App on your phone. Login using the credentials you used to set up your App Account. Select “My Profile” then click on the “Gear Icon” in the upper right hand side. Click on “Supporting Donation” to change your Donation Tier. App Users have separate tiers and different benefits.
Is my Supporting Donation tax deductible?
Check in with your tax professional who can help with your deduction calculations. Design Bay Area is a registered 501c3 nonprofit organization with headquarters in San Francisco, California. Our federal ID number for donations is 87-3400460. Upon completing your donation via Stripe through the app, you will receive an automated receipt. If you would like to request a receipt contact us here.
Is my Supporting Donation payment secure?
The security and confidentiality of your information is our highest priority. We use Stripe for donation payment technology to protect your information and provide a safe and secure environment for online donations. We will not sell, trade or share your personal information with anyone else, or send donor mailings on behalf of other orgs.
What if I want to make a one time donation greater than the above tiers?
